Birth Support Package

Continuity of care, support and education throughout your journey.

INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE:

  • 2 Prenatal meetings (includes a birth preference planning session)

  • On call for 2 weeks either side of your due date.

  • Contact and support during your pregnancy

Postpartum Support

Feel supported and nurtured during your postpartum period.

I understand that motherhood is a transformative journey that extends far beyond the birthing experience. I believe that the postpartum period is a crucial time for new parents to receive the care and support they deserve. You can trust that i will create an environment that promotes rest, recovery, and bonding with your baby.

This support can look like:

  • Birth debrief/s breastfeeding support/advice

  • Light housework and cooking

  • Feeding/settling support

  • Teaching techniques for bathing/settling and understanding your babies cues.

  • Help with siblings if needed

  • Caring for baby while you shower, rest etc

  • Resources and referrals to support services

  • Support via text and call in between visits

I offer this support in three hourly sessions.

6 hours of support-$360

18 hours of support-$900

30 hours of support-$1400

Birth Education

Feel informed, educated and in control.

This session is ideal for couples not interested in Hypnobirthing, don’t have a lot of time or on a budget. This session is via video call. face to face incurs a extra fee.

What i cover:

  • Connection between our mind and body.

  • Our views on birth, the impact on our birth.

  • The role of the cervix and uterus.

  • The role of endorphins/hormones.

  • Stages of labour.

  • Ways to stay home during early labour.

  • Ways your birth partner can be your doula.

  • When it’s time to leave.

  • Common Interventions offered.

  • The importance of the golden hour

  • Postpartum planning and care.

  • Breastfeeding

Power Hour

This hour can be used however you like, this is great if you just want some extra support, clarification or a good chat.

This takes place via a video call. This support could look like:

  • Unpack any fears, navigate your preferences, answer any questions about birth, postpartum, parenting etc.

  • Go through your birth plan together

  • Session summary emailed to you

Just the Prep

This support is great for someone who wants to feel prepared for their birth and postpartum. Without the support in the birth space or postpartum. This combines birth education, postpartum planning and pregnancy support.
